COMPUTER ASSISTED TELEPHONIC INTERVIEWING (CATI)

At PMR, we understand that quality is the most important factor for CATI projects. We have developed our in built CATI stations with multilingual experienced interviewers. Our quality assurance team closely monitors the collected data to ensure rich quality. We have highly experienced professionals experience in completing complex projects with difficult screening criteria groups like KOLs, C-Level executives etc.

CENTRAL LOCATION TEST (CLT)

Central location test is a F2F survey method where respondents are invited at a convenient place such as specialized facilities, Halls, department store or any other specialized set up designed for the interviews. The interviewers at CLT read the questions from the questionnaire and notes interviewee’s answers for respective questions. COMPUTER ASSISTED WEB INTERVIEWING (CAWI)

We use this surveying method in which the respondent follows a script provided on a webpage and fills up the online questionnaire. The questionnaires are programmed for developing web interviews. CAWI surveys are designed to be self-routing for the respondents to move through the survey depending on their answers to previous questions.

COMPUTER ASSISTED PERSONAL INTERVIEWING (CAPI)

This data collection method involves use of smartphone gadgets, tablets or laptops by the interviewers while interviewing the respondents. This is a best method for eliminating data errors which happens in paper methods.
